Copyright - If you are reported or found to be using any Images or Files which is not yours, you will be automaticly investigated by VarietyHosting. If you are found to have any copyright on your site, you will be Suspended and a notice of removal of the files to your email will be sent, if you don't accept the warning, then you will be Terminated without refund.

Downtime - VarietyHosting can guarrantee if you are hosting with us and we have downtime, we will provide you the hours/days to your payment account. If you are still not happy you may contact the legal team. However downtime hardly ever happens, this is just incase we do suffer it!

Minors - We are strictly stamping down abbusive images and language on our websites what are aimed at 17 or below. If your site isn't for minors please clearly display it on your home page before they enter the site. Anyone found abbusing this rule will be suspended without warning.

Programmes - Codes, Viruses etc is not permited here at VarietyHosting, if you attempt to hurt your visitors computers, we have the right to Suspend or Terminate you without refund or explanation.

Refunds - VarietyHosting offers refunds only if we have a responsibility in your claim. If you have decided you no longer require our services, that is not our fault therefore no refund will be issued. We do accept refunds for Complaining of our services such as downtime.

Scripts - Any Nulled Scripts such as Cast Control, Vbulletin etc on our server, will be reported to the company. Please don't think just because your on VarietyHosting we'll protect you against getting free scripts. Please don't install any type of script on your site unless you have permission from the company itself or you have brought the product.

Sexual Imagery - Our site accepts no Sexual Imagery, if your site is caught with any content of Sexual Nature, you will be automaticly Terminated and offered no refund. If you are looking to place Imagery of a mature nature on your site, please purchase of another Company.

Our Terms of Services are important, if you are unhappy with any of our Terms, please don't buy with VarietyHosting.
